Thanks for all the suggestions. I expected all of this advice but was unsure of how to fix it. This will help. Appreciate it. Keeping the KB proc in case I wanna do a random TF, but slow sets in siphon speed sounds smart and throwing in a couple damage or -res procs in places will help.

I don't know corrs as well and whipped this up for fire farm. My goal was haste, fire res and fire def. Had a lot of extra slots so thats why there's random endu reductions placed around. Went rune of protection for more fire res as I was only getting it to 52% before rune of protection. I feel like it's not very optimal but not sure where.
