Mekkanos

In Part 4 of Lieutenant Harriman's (the third contact of the villain version of the second Signature Story Arc) arc, Track down James Harvan, you need to lead to lead James Harvan to the door of the mission (though technically to Ghost Widow, Arbiter Sands, and Nocturne, who are there to ambush you). Upon doing so, he has a line of dialogue that pops up. [NPC] James Harvan: P856364347;P856364347 Those look like Pstrings, so I imagine the dialogue was bugged. If it helps, I took the second dialogue option "Quiet, Doctor. You're coming with me." when speaking to Harvan before he followed me, in case that influences his dialogue there.

In the text for the exploration mission in Faultline for the badge Drowned Rat, the last sentence says "The decisions is made to go inspect it yourself to put these questions to rest." I believe it's supposed to say "The decision is made..."
