We haven't played City of Heroes in years and didn't make it too far in the original game. My brother created a Tanker on Homecoming purely for the aesthetic looks he liked Electric Armor / Broad Sword. I was trying to find a build guide to help give him an idea what powers would be good to select like I found for my Fire/Fire blaster, but it looks like he ended up choosing something not on the meta, since, so far, my search has come up short. Does anyone know of such a build, or could give recommendations on powers to select for it? It would be most appreciated it! Thank you!
