As the title says. Noticing that Smoke Grenade when prepping an unaggroed group will trigger them attack about 90% of the time. Only thing I can think of that is causing this is Enhancement Achille's heel chance to reduce res but that not slotted Smoke Grenade. I do have it slotted in Surveillance and in AR's Burst. I don't see a -res debuff when using Smoke Grenade, only the -tohit debuff.
