I’m still learning and was wondering what would be better, Storm/SR with flight or Storm/Inv with flight? Anybody got dem builds?

Working on an alt to Miss President. This one is Fire Blast/Invulnerability (I like secondaries with minimum effects, I find) with the name Solarflame. Still want hasten, flight, and hover. Any advice? Also, I really like the control that comes with using hover and fly at the same time, but don't like the hover pose. Is there a way to change it?

Okay, after playing around with some tanker and sentinel concepts I decided I'm going to make a female Captain America (with a bit of cyclops) sentinel. With beam rifle, super reflexes, and jet pack. So I want to take the flight skills fly and hover, hasten, maybe combat jumping, and tough+weave. Though everything except the Beam/SR/Flying pools is negotiable. Any builds/advice? I'll be Miss President on Excelsior.

How's Ice armor? I'm now thinking about making a Storm from X-Men character that can use Storm Blast (duh) and Ice Armor

Dang, I like fly/hover. Can I ask what powersets go good with that travel mode? I know that fire aura also has a ground effect

My altaholism continues and I made a Sentinel named "Thunderwoman" to pair with my stone/fire Tanker "Hellflyer." I want to go full elec/elec/elec but also take hover and fly. All the builds I see take super speed and combat jumping. Can I replace those two powers with Hover and Fly? What would be the benefits/drawbacks? Are there better powers I can replace?

After research and testing, I decided to stick with my stone/fire tank who's the daughter of Satan. Thank you @Sovera for the guides! Now I need to settle on a costume...

Is Rage crash from Super Strength really that bad? Is there a way to mitigate it?

I’m noticing a lot of talk about /dark as a good powerset and it sounds good but I’m having trouble thinking of a character concept I like- even my devil character is a “good” devil. What are SR/MA builds like? Good old kung fu! (I may be becoming an altaholic)
