Did some testing and it was the summoned specter. The icon is clearly labeled as "-To Hit" though, is that something that can be reported to be corrected or is it just how it's going to be?

I've been playing a Necromancy character and noticed that when I use the attacks, Dark Blast, Gloom, etc., their icons appear in my buff/debuff section under my level suggesting that my attacks are reducing my own To Hit. Is that actually the case or is their appearing there supposed to mean that an enemy is being affected by them or something?
