currently i'm solo player just trying to get back into this game. i had one character i got to 50 ninja blade/ninjitsu and i was on villain side and switch to hero side because i joined some friends with the rogue expansion that came out that year. I think the way i play currently is solo and i'm trying to sort out architypes that i can solo best with and not get bored

I played this last like two years ago after the original shut down and finally getting back into it. I made some characters but can't remember the best placement for slots which i'm sure is basic knowledge by now but i forgot long ago lol I was planning to just screw around with slot placement as i level until i hit 50 then respec and fix it when i find a guide when the first choice of powers open up early leveling up to get things like travel powers what pools are good for architypes like mastermind, scrapper, arachnosoldier blaster I have right now but not sure if these are really that good except i remember leveling the aracho long ago that wasn't bad beast/trick arrow MM arachno soldier spine/bio scrapper

good point and has anyone here considered buying into a game engine ? like unreal engine 5 or anything to update this game ? i know i played it back in early to mid 2000's with some buddies i played WoW with.

oh well damn lol forget i even posted anything lmao to probably make powers like those work would need better graphics maybe ?

not sure if this has been suggested. web-swing travel power spider-man style and just call it web swing attacks could include swing kicks or flip kicks wall crawl power for traveling around buildings cocoon enemies with webs while wall crawling for stealth take downs really if nothing else make the travel powers which could be fun 🙂

well i'm lacking in the game knowledge department atm lol. thats why my MM is lvl 8 and i'm still clueless with what i'm doing but i know my friend will wanna play at some point and i have my villain made so i just wanna get a hero going so i'm set when he decides he wants to jump in and try the game out since he's big into superheroes.

I played this a long time ago so i'm rusty as hell lol. I had some characters long time ago including a few blasters, a scrapper/stalker/dom/arachno soldier/ only the stalker made it to 50 from what i remember and i remember dying a lot on the blasters lol. I was looking at a bunch of ATs and still can't make up my mind and would love some feedback. scrapper vs tanker/brute which ones are better at end game with the right build ? same with ranged types i'm looking at blaster/corrupter/sentinel tanker/brute question. how good is Invulnerability, super reflexes, willpower vs the rest of the primary ATs ? secondary ATs what about super strength or fiery melee vs the rest ? basically i wanna build a really good ranged and melee character that can survive. I started a lvl 5 MM but not sure how far i'll get with it as a demon summon/thermal/ villain side
