It fundamentally has the same shape as several of the already present ones... just doesn't, you know, glow in the dark. 😄

Nemesis Tirailleurs are an enemy with long, but not Sniper, rages, and good perception. Unfortunately, they can be engaged form the maximum range of a sniper power, and they WILL NOT MOVE to engage the player. This allows a normally difficult foe to be defeated with impunity by a ranged archetype.
