i got the remember me clicked. i will look for that file. but why would it change to randomly organized? i don't touch the order once it is done. i only play on one computer. one account. has anyone else had this happen? i am always making new toons so read only is not a great option for me. but a good idea. thank you all for the insight. EDIT: ok found the file but it is empty. can someone show me the structure of how the file should look and I will try to recreate it. trying to see if there is an "over write" switch to turn off. if I find something will update more.

I spent some time putting all my characters in order so I could see just how many I had of what AT. I get on today and they are totally random. all that time I spent organizing them gone. I have over 160 alts. It helps me to have them in some kind of order. Is there a setting I can click to automatically do this based on level or AT or days since played? or will I have to take the time each week to reorganize everything?
