I have my inspiration tray undocked and I keep it in the lower-right hand corner of my screen. Roughly 70-80% of the time, when I enter a new zone (usually happens entering mission zones), my inspiration tray gets arbitrarily moved to the center of my screen. Easy, but not predictable, to reproduce, I realize. I'd file this under "minor annoyance."
