Hey there. First off. For the use of Mids Reborn. I am NOT able to download it. Reason, Mid's Reborn cannot be installed on system with .Net Core version lower than 6.0? Basically sucks. So links to the Mid Reborn cannot be used. Now, for the task at hand. As mentioned in the title. I would like to get a villain build based on Juggernaut. One that is as close as possible. I've seen people post builds with sheilds. And I never seen him with any kind of shield in the anime. He might use certain objects to beat down any hero he comes across. So, a titan weapon is also possible. The build must be cheap. End game (if possible - leveling build ).
