I am level 20 but the Gull on the truck still won't let me change my alignment. I have 2 TIPS from "Valentine" and it won't let me investigate them because it says they don't talk to people from a different reality. So I can't complete them and I can't remove them from my TIPS to get more. What should I do from here?

How to you get from Redside to Blueside? I have a gold badge that I guess prevents me from switching? Is there anywaqy I can fix this?
