Kheldian Sash costume piece

It's close, and what I'm using, but it hovers over the body, the Kheldian Sash looks like it's actually attached to the char model. Then again for a pie in the sky request, have the hanging part like the sybil pieces and dynamic. -
This is available for male characters, any chance of getting it opened for female characters?
