I am unable to find the intercom controls in this mission. Any tips to help me find it?

I have been playing the last two days with no problem, yet tonight when I went to log in Tequila downloads and then disappears. Nothing happens. I am doing this while SCORE is highlighted. I even tried to run it as an administrator. Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?
