Hey that friend was me! Good times... =P

I know about the arrow to have up to 3 bars and the plus to add a more bars but is there an option to hide the 4th bar that slides up when you go into dwarf or nova form.

Where exactly is the option to hide the 4th tray that slides up? I've sworn I looked everywhere in the options and I couldn't see it. Is it something I add to my binds?
