Haven't been able to really play like I've wanted to lately. Been messing around with my new-ish Fire/SS Tank, Prophaned Tetragram
Also made a new transformation costume for my Stone/WP tank Master Solomon after hitting 50.

Still, it did not seem practical fighting super villain in easily shredded civilian clothing. As much as I HATE to draw from previous work, I admit to tweaking a design I had previously used on my character Pearl Wraith
Then I figured that since I was paying homage with Pearl Wraith's costume design I could go one step further and homage another comic book character:
LOVE this one. Great colors and I dig the flame skull effect.
Another repeat character, but a new take on his "devil trigger" costume. DP/Dark Blaster. Bio for context.

First choose a base build. Maybe a melee Scrapper/Dom/Tank of some kind, because all of the concepts you listed seem like they could be close range (Martial Artist/Vampire/Demon). Multiple builds will make it easier to work with such a big concept and utilizing different power pools/patrons/epics/incarnate abilities
For example for your vampire persona, you could grab Mako's patron and recolor the Water Spout red, making it look like blood. I know you said you don't like epics, but maybe something from fire mastery could be good for the demon persona. Switching out to the Fire Judgement and Demon Lore powers would also help in really selling the transformation (not to mention adding some personal variety to each form)

Alt look for Ivan Xol. Sorry for posting same character, but I was happy being to finally figure out a second costume. Needed some variety considering I had to reroll the previous design so many times.

but it is the most creative thing I've seen done with that misshapen mass. I was both disgusted and impressed.
That's a great look. I agree, I had a hard time making the aesthetics work with my character too. I challenged myself to come up with something cool with a Bio/Spines (two sets I could never get to mesh with anything)

Ended up remaking Major Hawthorne into an AR/Dark blaster and been having a lot more fun.
