I've had it running for a bit this afternoon and it finally got past that file without deleting everything.

Same problem since yesterday too. Cannot re-validate when it's still trying to download object_library.pigg. I've deleted object_library.pigg and object_library.pigg.download. Still endlessly restarts download (I had it running over night too).
