How does one contact a GM?

I just checked and indeed a stack of salvage got listed instead. So, this bug has been around for at least a year and it's not being fixed. Can a GM refund me the 8 million at least? It was taken from me due to this bug, and no fault of mine.

I was going to list the item for 16,000,000. The pop up message says the fee is 800,800, which is correct. But when I clicked the button to agree, the AH charged me 8,000,000, which is 10 times as much, and didn't list the item either. So the AH took my 8 million for nothing. And it seems this isn't even a new bug.
