I'm looking to slot knockdown in my whirling mace ability (War Mace) to make it feel a bit beefier. I was wondering how to choose between Overwhelming Force and Superior Avalanche. One says 3.5 procs per minute (I think) and the other is a flat 20%, which would have a higher chance overall?
