  1. I honestly just don't grok Blaster slotting (or slotting in general, but I'm getting better at least on melee) so was hoping someone could point out any egregious flaws in my slotting for general content. I'm aware Psionic is something like the second-most resisted damage type at later levels, but concept wins, I just want to make the concept as best as it can be.
  2. I spent four hours this morning putting together a mod that swaps Energy Melee's animations for Kinetic Melee's to match a weeaboo character concept. You can find it on City Modder here:https://mods.cityofheroes.dev/mod/274 and I assume the moddingtool under the name Energy Melee to Kinetic Melee (Partial). I can't seem to locate whatever animation is attached to Energy Punch (and Brawl, and like 20 different attacks), Power Crash, or Energy Transfer - that's where the four hours went. This is basically for anyone who wants a more fluid, graceful Energy Melee. Update 0.2.4: Had the wrong anim file for Bonesmasher executing while airborne; corrected. (2hsmash + air_smashcast)
