I've gotten a few missions to defeat some leader and all his crew that wouldn't complete after I defeated all of them. Searching for an hour or so, in every nook and cranny, just to see if I missed any enemies and/or a separate path to go. Each time I never found another path nor more enemies. The quests were just completely broken. Is this normal or am I getting the worse luck?

Good afternoon all, I'm a bit confused on the whole Patron/Ancillary powers and how to get them. I know for ones like Soul, Leviathan you have to complete the arc on the villain side but is that for all powers? I want the electric mastery but I can't seem to find out how exactly to do that. The info I have on this is from the CoH wiki, which not only might be outdated and/or wrong but it also doesn't say how to get them all, only a select few. I really don't want to change to a villain and do story arcs if it's a waste of time ya know? Any help would be greatly appreciated! :-)
