    This is what I have so far any advice? I am thinking about dropping one of the first two attacks but maintaining a good Attack Chain is important to me. I have about 380Mill left from what I had made when the game was released. I am also terrible at making builds so any and all help/criticism is welcomed.

    My First Tank

    TLDR; Radiation Armor/ Dark Melee Tank advice wanted

    I have played COH off and on since release, I can remember purchasing the game and rushing home to install it and learning that it required to be online. I then plugged the phone line into the back of my computer and began downloading the biggest patch I had seen up to that time over 32kbs. Two days later I was able to log in and create my first scrapper.

    Shortly after I purchased the City of Heroes game book and I also have all of their comics. Back in the day, you got a subscription to their comic book with your paid monthly sub.

    When Villians was released I traveled to my local Wal-Mart and purchased the game I even got a special edition of some sort. at that, I  once again downloaded a large patch over 52kbs this time and was in the game within 24 hours. I rolled my first brute and never tried anything else.

    I am returning after being gone about 1000 days from the homecoming server and have decided to roll my first tank. I am going with Radiation/Dark Melee and would appreciate any pointers you folks have.

    I want to thank everyone for their responses, I will admit my post on the general forums asking this same question and the response was rather disheartening. I am so thankful to everyone that took the time out of their day in order to share their knowledge and answer my question.

    Is there anyone that can tell me how to calculate an attack chain, like is there a mathmatical formula that takes all the variables or what, I am wanting to learn how to do it myself so I don't have to ask and optimal attack chain for x or y.

    I am 4 slotting health on a lot of my builds to include the key health procs (Numina, Miracle, Preventive, and Panacea).

    Would 4 slottign health be optimal on an DP/SR sentinal?

    What are some good IO's to get and use while lvling up I kind of remember there use to be an anit-knockdown one, and I think LOTG +chance for recharge was also one that if you slotted early you got some use out of it.

    I am wanting to make a Wanted type character I know DP would be the way to go for primary but any suggestions on Secondary. I have a DP/Ninjitsu and I am not sure if it is my current level or just the way I play but I love the pistols but find Ninjitsu rather icky to play.
