We've been testing the behaviour of Dimension shift (which is confusing for most people already) And we've found an exception that doesn't seem to match the power description. When The caster is inside the bubble and teammates are outside, they don't get phased when they walk inside to fight, therefore can't hit any phased targets. This only seems to happen when the caster casts from inside or walks in. The issue being teammates shift in but not out of phase when they exit the bubble. Therefore they never recover the phased state once they lose it.
