Trying to do his Revenant Hero story arc - he doesn't allow you to call him until quite late into the arc, and he doesn't offer the storyline quests as an option consistently once you start it. (Twice I had to do random missions to get him to offers storyline again so far after trying for 10 minutes straight to abandon and get a new one - nothing until I did a random quest.) He's absolutely acting like an oldschool Live pain in the butt contact instead of a HC QoL passed contact - maybe he got missed somehow? He's certainly acting like it /2nd time I couldn't get him to progress the story arc I took and abandoned 50 missions to try to get him to do it - I counted. It is definitely not "Oh you just got unlucky" stuff he is acting like he never got word of the changes
