Hi so I'm completely new here and I'm unable to download the Homecoming launcher for windows, when I do it tells me that the site can't be reached. I've never downloaded the Homecoming launcher or City of Heroes before, so I'm just confused as to what I'm meant to do. (Image is what shows up after following the link for the launcher.)
