I really tried everything i researched prior to making this post. I cant get Katie to talk to me and i was told i must do Buck's missions first. i find Buck and he wont talk to me either. Absolutely nobody in Croatoa will speak with me. i was told i must do the croatoa charter arc missions which are available in Ourboro. i did all 3 (piercing the veil, war of the fir bolg, and forever bound). still nothing. I have no idea why i cant do anything in croatoa... Am i supposed to do stuff elsewhere first? what can the issue be???

So I just started a dark thug mastermind. I really like the combo. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what powers are most important to slot? Are there some powersI should NEVER slot ( id assume equip thugs shouldn't be slotted since it will be replaced with another buff power later) I don't expect a full build out but any tips to get me started would really help. Thanks!
