Welcome to the best game ever! The only advice I have is: don't sweat the small stuff and just enjoy the game. There's plenty of time to try out different toons and to min/max your fave characters by respeccing them. I purposely started a new account on my new laptop and and having a blast just playing and not worrying about the auction house/recipes/etc etc etc.
