Queen Rock

I could always use either one and the countdowns always were seperate. With the countdown counting down on both at the same time even tho only 1 was used! If both start the countdown after using one of them, there is no need to have both if they cant count down seperate. I just experience this since last serverdowntime. Like today i used Return to Battle, countdown started on BOTH, which made Renewal unusable for the next hour even tho i never used it

I have Renewal of Light and Return to Battle, no matter which one i use when both are fully charged, both start the countdown as if they linked together. i Never had that happen before until after the server downtime on tuesday. Why are they both counting down when obly one was used?
