Maximum number of auto-completed missions on the tutorial

But I did the mission, and I was trying to complete it. -
I literally just started playing this game because I was curious what this was like, so I make my character... and try to go through the tutorial... and now I'm pretty much shadowbanned from playing for 4 days. Is there something that I did wrong or something that went wrong with the servers? I don't know if I'm really gonna play after this but I'm just posting this because its a pretty awful thing to do to new players.
