If you use the attack from the new max range from the enhancement it'll simply teleport you to the target. No actual attack seems to happen. Combat log reads as: You activated the Savage Leap power. HIT Blood Brother Slicer! Your Savage Leap power is autohit. You gain 3 stacks of Blood Frenzy! and that's all.
