I re-rolled a Dominator into this type of Controller and was looking for a good build - the other post on this had some builds, but there seemed to be no real agreement on what would be a decent build. So Any updates on a good build for this type of controller? Tech Controller - will be going pure electricity all through if able to.

I have apretty decent machined, but recently been having a lot of "lag spiking" mainly centered around powers effects and the like? Is there a fix for this or do I just need to turn game settings down? I mean every other game I have I play with high to ultra settings. But seems to make this game spike like crazy
