I had a character I was adjusting height and proportions, and after doing that, the Roman Sybil outfit was no longer available for use. Unless there was some workaround I think it's a bug. Edit: It happens when you load a costume of a different size, not adjusting the scales alone.

That was exactly what I was looking for. I had tested both values separately and found no changes, so hearing that part had changed, I'm fine with. Thanks for the info.

As the title implies, I cannot seem to find any patchnotes on this. Recently playing my forcefielder controller, I like to use a combo of Clarion + powerboost. This results in granted ally shields at 45%, the hard cap for that particular shield. I had just used the combo same as usual today and instead it was 39%. This just happened today as I had picked up my forcefielder. Granted I have not used her since the update and I had combed through the patch notes and found nothing. Perhaps I'm missing it, perhaps I overlooked it. Anyone have any ideas?
