I was wondering about this. I was noticing the same. Thought I was trippin.

So about 20 mins ago I was disconnected from Excelsior Server. Ive attempted numerous times to log into it but cannot. Just sends me back to Account name/PW. I can log into the other severs but not Excelsior. Is there a way to find if its down? or if its just a problem on my end some how.

If there some bug that doesn't ACCEPT new accounts? Today, I made an Account for my partner and I to play yet the game refuses to allow them to log in. I cannot even log into this account either. It is weird.
