The Triumphant badge in Warburg is not possible to get with Super Speed being one's travel power because all temp travel powers are turned off and it is a pvp zone, so you can't just ask people to teleport you there. The Triumphant Badge is located in Warburg at the top of the golden globe with the rocket flying around it in the center of the map. /thumbtack 228.0 274.0 33.0
