Morning all, I was wondering if any of you have a spare moment if you could give me suggestions on how you would set up a build with this power set. I am terrible at doing builds and tried doing a couple of my own but unfortunately i just end up deleting it. I figure with some help and suggestions I could a good outline and go from there. Thanks
