So, this is a bug I noticed over the past few days, dunno what to look for if it's one others have seen or noticed, but when I activate Beast Run on my /Bio Armor brute, the visual for Hardened Carapace appears despite the power not being on and having Minimal effects set for the costume. My arm is just extra beefy now.
