Thanks for the response....it was a dumb mistake on my part - was on a rocket board when trying to use them; but it seems Warmth works when on the board, but others don't...a little confusing.

So I just picked up the two thermal radiation shields on my mastermind, targeted a teammate, then clicked both power icons - and nothing happens...does anyone know if these are bugged? Or maybe its just something very obvious? Thanks in advance for any suggestions....

I guess I was confused - I thought I was already running Tequila as Administrator....are you saying I need to right click the tequila.exe file and click the "Run as Administrator" option? And would I need to do that every time to enter the game? Thanks.

When I try to launch, the Tequila screen comes up but says Errors: Manifest download error for http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml - An exception occurred during a WebClient request.... Hitting the 3 small dots does nothing, and when I hit OPTIONS and try to re-validate, it says: Access to the path 'C:\Games\City of Heroes\tequilalog.xml' is denied. Can anyone tell me how I might fix this? Thanks.
