Steps to Launch "City of Heroes" with "City of Villains" Settings
Open the Launcher:
Start the "City of Heroes" launcher as you normally would.
Access Settings:
Look for a gear icon (gearbox) at the top of the launcher window and click on it to open the settings menu.
Navigate to Homecoming Settings:
In the settings menu, you will see several tabs: General Setup, Advanced Settings, and Homecoming.
Click on the Homecoming tab.
Add Launch Parameters:
Scroll down to the bottom of the Homecoming settings.
You will find a field for extra launch parameters.
In this field, add -cov (without the quotes).
Save and Apply Settings:
Save your changes and close the settings menu.
Launch the Game:
Start the game using the launcher. It will now load with the "City of Villains" settings, including the red loading screen.
