Did you end up redoing the build? I am thinking about the same combination, but I really wasn't sure about taking Burst of Speed and Dragon's Tail since Pistols has so much AOE

Just barely getting into Doms right now and curious if anyone has any strong opinions on Psi vs Sonic as a pairing with Illusion for a Dominator? Any sample builds would be super appreciated!
