It seems that Alpha Incarnate abilities don't apply to Mastermind pets while Interface abilities do. I've got Degenerative Interface and when I summon pets, it shows up in their buffs. However, Resilient Boost and Musculature Radial Boost do not show up in pet buffs. All three abilities say they're Global Enhancements, Self, Single Target, and that they apply to all powers.
