[Battle Ax - Super Reflexes Scrapper advice]

So, 

 

I've been getting on a kick leveling up several Scrappers having a blast with Battle Ax and settled on Super Reflexes.  I'm looking for this toon to solo some end game content.  Doesn't have to be everything, doesn't have to be only solo I have nothing against teams just tend to have play periods that can get interrupted and I hate to do that to a team. 

 

I'd appreciate any feedback on this sort of end goal build.  I have the influence.  My design goals are:

Capped Incarnate Defense

Enough Accuracy for 95%

Single Target Attack chain ( with  Chop, Gash, Swoop, Cleave --- and Zapp when FF doesn't proc)

AOE Cleave, Pendulum, Cyclone should be plenty

I originally had Cyclone and Cleave slotting reversed, but FF gets me a better single target attack chain.  I know not the Ideal attack chain, but i think its the best I can do with 58.5% defense.  

END management with Ageless

 

Rotate Melee Core and Rune for plenty of extra resistance  SL Resist(~25% Base, 52% @40% health(including Reactive Defenses), 75% w/Rune 68% w/Melee Core)

I’m pretty set on Soul for either one.  There is a chance I could go Mu with Nrg, but I love what Gloom does for both their ST attack chains.

It’s been awhile since I’ve played a Brute.  
 

My main back on CoV used to be a Fire/Stone brute.  I’d love to revisit /Stone without taking Granite now.  
 

which would you roll and why?  Nrg or Savage?

I do remember I used to be focused on maintaining fury and wanting to go go go on my brutes….it definitely made them feel different.  Now I pretty much assume it will basically be at 8 all the time pretty easily.  I don’t pay attention to it now.   You don’t need to as it maintains longer and is not hard to build.    
 

Brutes are my favorite AT because

1. I hate runners on scrappers

2. Faster ST than tankers.  Good enough AOE for me.  
 

However I definitely keep their base damage vs Crits in mind when choosing sets for brutes.  As well as heavily favoring armor (edit I meant armor sets not “defensive”)sets with a damage aura.

Hey all, 

I was playing around with Mids and was wondering are there any current (or archived) threads about the effectiveness of -res powers?  I've been searching a bit and can't really find anything good on the maths....especially against AV's?  I feel like AV's heavily resisted -res and shortened the duration of it? but that's from my memory of like 7yrs ago.   I remember there being discussion around it on the old pylon threads...

 

I also remember that resistance...resists -res ???  Any old guides floating around on -res in general?

 

I'm thinking of rolling a Bane Spider and they can stack alot of -res....
