Looking for ideas on slotting my bs/sd scrapper and read through this build. Questions: 1. Why splash so many IO sets rather than getting the set bonuses? 2. Why grab leadership pool and fighting pool when the endurance cost is so high to run the excess toggles? 3. Why short slot health and stamina? 4. Why LotG recharge IOs in toggle powers? 5. 6 slot CJ? Ok... Too many questions to continue. It has been a while since I have played, but this build seems thoughtless and plain old bad to me.
