Update. It showed up after I entered the last mish in the tutorial from Coyote.

I am on Everlasting Server Outbreak tutorial with my beam rifle/sonic corrupter Mek Tech. I have "arrested" at least 15 of the contaminated, but when I go to the Badge screen under "Closest to Completion" or "Defeats", there is absolutely nothing there. it still shows the badges I've earned, but nothing else. I am aware that badges that have no progress towards them don't show up, but I have already defeated enough contaminated for it to show. Is the system no longer tracking these defeats?
