macOS version doesn't allow for changing resolution

On macOS 10.15.1 on my MacBook Pro, it doesn't allow me to change the resolution. When I attempt to, a tiny pop up appears with a "p" in the window name & nothing else but a red x to close out... Nothing happens when I click it. The only thing that can be done is close the game client and re-launch via Island Rum. When I do that, it doesn't save the selected resolution before the "crash - here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about:
