Using Mids' Reborn or Pines, Dual Pistol's Hail of Bullets seems gives negative KB status protection whether it is a defender of blaster. Was looking over a coalition member's build and he said he got knock backed more than he liked. Goes from +7 to -7.25 when Hail of Bullets is toggled on. Tried toggle it on for an empty build, it went from 0 to -5.2. Don't know if it's in-game or the planner.
