I hope I'm doing something wrong. I seem to remember adding procs in this power for additional damage. I've done nothing extensive, but in three days and all possible procs available for trip mines, nothing has gone off. I figured The Hybrid double hit not going off was intended until I realized acid mortar benefits from double hit. So I figured I'd ask here. Thanks in advance for any clarity or help on this matter. Edit: Playing with level 50 Rouge Rad/Traps Corruptor
