Websling

As title suggests.. I have a L48 Ice/Dark Tank I have been loving so far. I’m not exactly the best when it comes to building out toons though. I tend to usually try to run +4x8 if possible and incarnate content when I have the chance, I’m looking for some build ideas though to maximize on tankiness and still do damage to solo +4x8 if need be. Any and all ideas/help is appreciated. Cheers!
