Plant has 2 holds (one is a targeted AoE), 1 immobilize, 3 melee (one is a cone, one is a PBAoE) 1 power boost, 1 +absorb/res/recovery self, and a PBAoE debuff toggle. Secondary effects are a mixed bag of -DEF, -DMG, -To Hit, -Regen, and one -SPD & knockback.

Pretty sure this was my server once upon a time. I primarily played an emp/rad def named Scab from issue 1 to issue 8-ish with a number of returns every so often afterward.
