    This worked for me concerning that error. removed the directory for COH then removed all hints to Tequila in the registry. Then reinstalled as admin. Worked fine.
  2. Ezz_Target
    I had the same manifest error updated my NIC drivers after a Windows update. No luck, even running as Admin.
