Well, like I said i've tanked near everything in the game including things like apex tf and had almost no issues. EDIT: Refer to OP.

Mu lightning/lunge combined with a few fillers are more than enough for single target, I should add follow up admittedly. Lunge is good on it's own as an opener out of stealth, why would lunge be bad on it's own without other claw attacks? I was originally specced into medicine but found it to be just not necessary. Honestly I didn't put a ton of thought into the build in terms of enhances as I quickly put it together after not being able to find a single decent widow build. I've been fully slotted for a while now and honestly haven't run into anything in the game that's given me much trouble. I've tanked every tf without issue and can solo AVs as well. I've found Aura of Confusion and Total Domination to just be completely useless when everything dies before mass cc is necessary. I personally dislike spin spam widows since it's all I ever see and the 2 cones i have work nicely with eachother. Isn't softcap 45%? The resists help a lot as well. Your build looks a lot better thought out and I would definitely recommend it over mine to most players but I wanted to try to do something a little unique, and I personally find it very satisfying to play, the only slight issue I have is endurance management can get a little rough but mu lightning static discharge helps a bit.

I don't usually bother with travel powers on my builds, I find ninja run + sprint to be fast enough for me and temp powers for when you can't get over something.
